This coffee is specially processed after harvest through a unique Thermic Process, also known as Termico, by the Cordillera De Fuego mill in the Tarrazú region of Costa Rica.  This tiny mill attempts to push the boundaries on what coffee is capable of, long before it ever hits a roaster!  This light roasted, vividly fruity coffee has notes of strawberries and wild berry jam.
